| Scotti Gray
Scotti Gray is admitted to practice in both Montana and Wyoming and has experience in eminent domain related issues ranging from pipeline easements to airport land acquisitions. She has been involved in both court and out of court right-of-way acquisitions for natural gas and crude oil pipelines. Scotti has tried cases to their conclusion in both state and federal courts, as well as handling appellate matters before the Montana Supreme Court. In addition, she has been actively involved in the ongoing coal bed natural gas litigation and is familiar with the regulatory issues that are facing the industry. She has worked closely with a variety of hydrologists, geologists, engineers and environmental consulting firms on the technical and legal aspects of the environmental claims associated with coal bed natural gas production.
