Darin Johnson has experience in title examination for acquisition, drilling, and division order purposes, as well as in other due diligence matters requisite in both large and small commercial transactions. Darin’s litigation experience includes Endangered Species Act challenges, surface disputes, trade secret misappropriation, complex commercial disputes, libel and slander, and personal injury. Darin has advanced matters to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as to the Montana Supreme Court.
